Guys asking for your opinion,
Is it worth buy apartment as mention above for homestay? Price RM158,000.00 Location near aeon klebang ipoh perak Developer casa idaman Maintenance fee charge RM85.00 monthly gym, clubhouse and if i am not mistaken got swimming pool also This is my second properties |

You'll be surprised homestays are available even in remote kampung. So it's a good business i think.
