i had to use my phone (Maxis) to USB tether in order to play blizz game.
my ping still around 50+ ms, which is still acceptable considering my stimyx gives me 38-48ms no disconnection issue with Maxis, not sure about other telco. |

Chances are ISP problem.
Using TIME and connecting to Americas no dc problem. |
