Hi Sifus, i am currently working on a 9-6 job from Monday to Friday (Earning about 6k+ a month)However i would love to earn extra income due to the high costs of living in KL

I am currently driving a Hyundai Elantra 1.6 2015 model, i just want to drive on Saturday and Sunday to earn a lil bit of money.

Please advice if i can really earn money if i do just on weekends. Not really expecting a lot. If can get nett profit RM1k in a month also i happy

Any idea roughly how many hours i should put in a day if its only Sat and Sunday to achieve 1k?

My car milleage is actually quite low because my workplace near my house. Maybe like 2k millage in 3 months only. Since gonna go SC service despite the milleage i just thinking might be good idea to utilise it

Sat Sunday target RM500, drive for about 20+ hrs, minus petrol RM100, maintenance RM100 and there u goes.

P/S : Weekend driver much more and u have to fight for it.

If you plan to drive grab during the HP/UP blocks, your hourly gross would be around RM45, after deduct 20% commission would RM36. Assuming if you can drive 5 hours a day, it would be RM360 per weekend. Lets deduct RM100 for the petrol/maintenance/depreciation(this figure is on the high side), you would have nett profit of RM260 per weekend which would be RM1k in 1 month.

I drive part time on Friday to Sunday depending on the bonus that Grab is giving( grabflexi)

As long as it's not Uber, rm1k nett per month is simple. Just put in a couple hours here and there, and it's achievable.

Why are you so concerned about how much you can earn? It is not that you need to buy a new car, and your earning must cover the installment.

Just give it a try. Even if you only manage RM500, it's still extra income.

Hyundai Elantra 1.6 2015 model consider as premium already? it is a Seg C car...

for Grab, premium is refer to D segment car, which is 2000cc, leather seat, etc, i asked b4.

anyway, no job in malaysia for premium car...

Way less income for driver than Grab, not a problem ?

Goodday sifus,i've just register to drive grabcar using my 2011 myvi..just wanna ger ur opinion..if i drive around 2hrs perday daily on monday-saturday..nightime around 10-12..n then sunday around 6-8 hrs..letssay 9am-4-5pm..roughly how much i can get if im driving around seremban city area in a month..
