Bros, u guys have heard about Shopee? Hows the experience shopping over there? Safe or not?

I have interest in their product offer, but i have never buy anything from there. Appreciate if any of kind souls in k can give some opinion..

TBH, It's much better than Lazada.

I stopped counting after the 25th time I bought from Shopee. Very good buying experiences, definitely better than what I went thru in Lazada. The Shopee Preferred sellers I've purchased from respond very fast. On several occasions I bought in the morning and the item arrived up the next day. Most times it'll take 3-4 days from local sellers and 11-14 days from China sellers.

How much shopee paid you to say this?

Never made a sen directly or indirectly from shopee, if that is your implication.

My shipment status has been "In transit to Malaysia" for 6 days, contacted seller asking to track the parcel but only got a "We ship from China" reply. Don't even know which courier they using.

Any idea if the parcel is lost somewhere or it's still in China not shipped out? :/

you pay money goes to Shopee, Shopee release the payment to seller only after you confirm received item within stipulated date. very safe i would say. been shopping there regularly nowdays.

This one ok or not? Mostly from PRC sellers in shopee. Usually arrive within 2 weeks.

If the delivery status of your order in the Shopee app doesn't state what kind of shipping is used, write in to support@shopee.com.my for clarification on the type of shipping method that was used on your order.

If the seller used the cheapest mailing option from China, it can take a month+ to get here. But if they used registered airmail or a courier, it usually takes 10-14 working days.

yup last week i got parcel from KL with tracking number ... one night shopee app show parcel delivered, i check online it does delivered to my house add but recipient tak tau siapa ...... so i click decline and take me 1 week for refund.

Had the same case last time

So my seller uses Shoppee's own courier service called "new", i really dont know if thats the real name..
But what status you see on the screen is the real status so better dont ask the seller as they also depend on that tracking status as well..unless it has been a month and your item still has not yet arrived.

Also take note that sellers in shoppee sometimes like to say things will areive faster from China just so that you add to cart. If they say might take 6-10 days, expect things to arrive in 12 days or more

Shopee is my new favourite shopping site.

I always compare between lazada, 11street and shopee.

Generally I found shoppee will be cheaper majorly due to the low/free shipping fee, and sometimes items are priced lower for unknown reason (lower platform fee?).

But sometimes lazada do offer cheaper stocks, mainly due to price war between sellers. It's true that lazada is more popular among our country and more often you will see fierce price competition on the same range of products.

What I like the most for shopee is their transparent shipping fee. They'll show the shipping fee directly on the purchase page. Compare to lazada they'll only show shipping fee when you want to check out.
The main problem with shipping fee is the seller can adjust to the amount that he likes. Sometimes seller set a lower selling price but mark up the shipping fee to make his transaction profitable. Buyers please be awared.

Yes, currently my favorite shopping platform. However, we've all been down this road. Remember when Lazada and 11Street used to be dirt cheap like Shopee is currently?

Bought 2 items from 2 different seller, both shipped out at the same time from the processing centre, still in transit after 8 days, hence was wondering if it's lost. No status update that it reached here.

It says item to received within 10-18 days for both, if item not receive can extend guarantee for 3 days (as per Shopee's tnc), after that money can be refunded.

So do I still continue waiting for a month? This will also mean no refund of my money right since it'll auto "click" as buyer receive item? *First time buying from Shopee, only use this platform for mobile reload*

Now shopee is using abx express for oversea shipment and abx express services is lousy. They do not pick up call

not sure ur location, but for me ABX seem like very well in KL and penang, as long as it arrived subang warehouse, it reach my house next day, be it pg or KL ....

But Id say importing from china is risky n will take long time really depends on the season and your luck. Its holiday season so i think its very slow now.

And if your seller say 10-18 days, yes, you need to wait 10 more days and then only complain and ask for refund.

Thats why I dont wanna buy stuff from china..the waiting game is strong.

You can buy from shopee but choose the ready stock one. If they say "ship from overseas", I'd say better forget about it.

Finally it decided to land after 9 days of transit!

I would say shopee is good online shopping site, price is comparable and if lucky can find item which are cheaper than other online shopping website.
it apps also really easy to use.
