I'm having issue connect to China Website:-

1) Website connection time out or picture won't load.
2) China IPTV App all can't stream
3) My Baidu Net drive also can't download

I have tested using my DIGI 4G+ and is working.
So is only Unifi problem, or TM (including Streamyx) problem?

Other website such as google, youtube no such issue.

Poor peer routing causing this issue. Nothing new. It's like a season, happening like twice or thrice every year and each time like a month or so.

I have the same problem as well...

I just called the TM hotline, and was informed that Unifi (nation wide) are having system upgrade and will experience slow connection for South Asia region from 15-Jun.

The Update only will completed by 6-Jul-17

I usually use an Opera browser if I need to use a VPN to browse websites on a computer. On my mobile devices, I download the Opera VPN app. Good enough for me as temporary solution to routing issues.

Using Zenmate in chrome on PC then only can browse through some china forums

I am having the same issue as well. Cannot access to most china website and my baiduyun cannot download at all. Glad to know that this is just temporary issue and will fix soon.

Chinese websites all cannot access. Even TM website also cannot load. Barely got into lowyat forum. But I'm getting good speed with Speedtest. So tension!

Definitely TM issue. My DiGi mobile is able to access all sites and much faster.

I wonder why TM do not published this kind of issue on their website? They should notify all users.

Yalor, TM keeps sending useless emails but never important announcements. Sticking the head inside the sand is not going to solve the problem.

Baidu download also full speed...

After restart router, seem back to normal.

I still have the same issue after restarting my router. My 电视猫 cannot load any video even though my speed test inside the app is 2Mbps. Other apps like 云视听极光can run perfectly.

I manage to watch using TV2.0 and Baiduyun also can download already.
Maybe is different area? I'm from Kuching.

Some website can and some still can not load but at least can login my baidu drive

Btw do you guys set specific DNS at router to access and download?

more than one weeks cant loading almost all the china website, then i tried to live chat tm customer services and ask them when will bck to normal ... anyone already solved this problem? so sad cant watch the china iptv

Here in Cheras problem resolved. For those not. You may try flush your dns cache.

Shah Alam also back to normal oledi. Now visiting all China websites with no issue.

I'm in Cheras area. Can't even get into lowyat.net yesterday let alone the china websites. Haven't checked this morning. Will check in the evening when I get back from work. Hopefully resolved liao. My mother very frustrated because cannot watch her series

Edit: Chat result with TM customer care: the fault issue was related with the china network and i have only the information stated that the issue will be fix until 28th of july 2017

temporary workaraound, go download opera vpn (android), its free, connect to singapore and open iptv as usual.

yes... for the record this "unifi period" this time was june 26-jul 7, i.e. 12 days.
not the first time, not the last, will happen again and again.

TM need to have a quota in order link to china, got such thing ? first time heard. can share how it works ?

Done open report to MCMC...it is very funny that customer service officer told me that China line got problem, she can't answer me why only unifi user affected, but not other telco and maxis fibre...plus their writing style or sound tone like a bit nervous to me.

streamyx is already slow ... unifi only going less then 500 kbps ... and that is even if u able to start it ...

guys, fret not...

go to playstore, find a free VPN, use it temporarily.

may not be as good as paid ones but there is improvement for some apps.

Nothing new, Unifi is quite strict about China IPs. Especially the IPTV, webhost, some China game forum such as bbs.3dmgame.com. I totally can't visit this forum without VPN.

Just simply install some VPN tool, eg. FinchVPN, create a free account then connect to US free server to visit that kind of websites. For TV box, its quite difficult to solve by VPN. I was tried to subscribe a VPN service for TV Box to watch all those China IPTV but in the end is unsuccessful because the VPN service is very slow in connection.

Yup. IP started with 1.x.x.x no issue. For my case started with 175 & 219 got issue, all fixed IPs.

It is been a month and issues still haven't resolve...If not because I don't have other choices for my area I will drop TM service immediately...

TM is intentionally blocking traffic to China.

You will have no problem connection by using DIGI, Maxis, Celcom or U-Mobile

Give them a call on the URL that you are accessing frequently, and they might consider unblocking for you.
