Very clear cut case, you have 2 units, but try to sell it to 3 seller, to whoever willing to pay higher price. That's the issue. If this not unethical, what do you call it? I stupid, engrand no good

Making profit is not crime, but, requesting buyer to pay above what been previously agreed is unethical

Should not even need to ask, brainless to ask, should sell to whoever who paid first, and refund back the one who pay later. What is the objective of you asking momoling to pay higher? Unless u tell me when u agreed the price, you sell with zero profit or lost. Then, you can claim your stupidity for the deal, but, still need to honour the deal.

What if you go market buy fish, agreed with seller RM50. Then, due to limited supply, the seller said, if you still want it, it now RM70 coz another buyer willing to pay RM70. What you call the fish seller? Unethical seller, not "misunderstood" seller

make sure u collect money first tau if COD, later both buyer also duwan, u end up item nobody want

Of course to the one who paid the deposits first lah....like then, why stop collect from 2 buyers only? Why not collect from 200 buyers, ask who can give me the highest price, the house is theirs ...else, what's the point of paying deposits? For fun ah?

first of all, u must understand and know how to differentiate between selling and bidding.

With my bohtakchek aka no skool and limited engrand, selling is you sell to the buyer who paid u first. Siapa cepat dia dapat. First come first serve. Bidding is when you put it a floor price, whoever willing to offer u highest price got it.

No, no....the story is like this

He got total 3 unit.
Sell 1 unit to seller A end of May/ early Jun
Left 2 unit.
He want sell 1 unit to Memoling (cannot remember what price, just take it as RMX less RM140)
Then for some unknown reason (maybe I didn't read all), he did not ship out immediately, but Memoling is fine with it.
During this time, Buyer C come, want to buy another unit at RMX price (i.e. RM140 more what paid by Memoling), paid full price and Seller A claim the item he sell spoilt, want to exchange.
So, he give 1 unit to Buyer A, left 1 unit
Then, he contacted Memoling say since u paid first, I can ship to you if you pay me extra RM140, i.e. the price had increase jor due to higher demand, and Buyer C willing to pay higher price. Else, I refund u back

So, conclusion, extatine claim that this is business, seller got rights to change price as seller wish, even though buyer had agreed the price and paid in full. If don't agree, just refund the buyer, nothing unethical about.

But, I think this is unethical, and believe many also will agree with me. You decide if this is business or unethical?
