My Terrace house share the same exterior wall with a neighbor , But because we are not on the same level ground,Her house is taller than my house

I was thinking of raising the wall and seal off the gap to make my house look nicer

But i cant find whats the maximum allowable limit for a wall,need some sifu help regarding this
