now some game cannot load also.

my old ar2maxevo dvd is like tis, but when i buy a new one, can load smoothly (mayb bcoz those new version, they discard many thing like music or what, make the disc load fast)
tis is my experience lah.

but now i using Code Breaker n with my FMCB to boot (softmod)
now i loading CB wit memory card.

u can load the disk last time (n many times) also ok,
is just now that u start cannot load,
that y i think is lens.

but of coz, u can ask those shopkeeper like Bernard,
ask for their opinion c how lah.

now u still can play disk or not?
have u check out that, got any old game that cannot load already?

like i say, if u want cheap n dun want change anything,
just use Softmod FMCB.

load the code breaker from memory card/thumb drive.

OR was it ur disk problem? have u try to load other game wit CB?

u may try using softmod FMCB,
after that, u can use ulaunchelf easy n wit other homebrew.

no need burn CD lah. is just need 2mb or more by ur memory card only.

nope! no need modify any internal parts,
just want a memory card with 2mb or 3mb free only.
FMCB is Free Memory Card Boot,
is a softmod using memory card to boot.

normally u DL the FMCB package, inside already include the ulaunchelf.

which brand? most of it can use.

after FMCB, ur PS2 menu will look like tis,

(note: tis is FMCB v1.7, now the latest is v1.8b)

bcoz normal PS2 doesnt got this function! (or u can test ur pendrive by using armaxevo also can)
u already using ulaunchelf?
if u already burn the ulaunchelf, then u can load the ulaunchelf,
n backup ur save to the pendrive.

for the FMCB thing, i cannot discuss at here, since is a homebrew.
but u can PM me.

(you can try searching youtube with FMCB, inside got many video,
if u want, i can give u the FMCB noobie package v1.8)

just put the video dvd in it
then it will auto play

(must got modchip to play "ahem" video dvd)

he heard that PS2 price very cheap (last time),
so he going to buy, but when he reach there,
those black shopkeeper told him that, that cheap cheap price PS2 slim,
is not modded, if u want modded add some more blah blah blah.....

of coz, now most of it is modded.
but how u know those shop r not in the blacklist?

my PS2 slim got some problem,
the DVD freeze after one mins,
was tis the problem of the lens?
playing game no problem.
(bernard say mayb is the lens problem)

have u format ur hdd wit the PS2 format???
did HDL detect the HDD & ask u format or wat??

hmmm.....strange.....
u try format it wit PS2 format, n c how.

try using those HDLdump gui ver.
it can format ur HDD.

ur PC can detect, bcoz it detect as a PC HDD.
if u format wit PS2 format,
it wil detect n say unknown format for the HDD.
only using those HDLdump can read the HDD.


if after u format wit PS2,
still cannot detect,
then will b ur network adapter problem.
(then u format the HDD back to FAT format)

2 & 3. for tis problem, i really dunno ur problem. Mostly mod PS2, can play all region of game. doesnt matter PAL or NTSC. i think tis u may ask other forumer mayb they know y??

for hdd, wat u must know is,
ur slim only can use usb hdd n the load speed for usb hdd is a bit slow.

but now got one new homebrew name OpnUSBloader for hdd.
it support internal HDD for fat, usb n lan.

mayb u should try tat.
i not very familiar wit tis,
bcoz i use it for my PS2 FAT HDL only.
for usb n lan, i think u should ask other or search at google.

wat i know is,
using the LAN cable to load game from ur PC, is faster than USB.
but of coz, internal hdd for FAT, faster than LAN cable.
