Anyone know where to repair PS2 cheap? My PS2 now having problem reading the disc, so I suspect a lens problem. Want to know the cheapest price (and location) for replacing the lens. For information, my PS2 is SCPH 39001/97004

My PS2 have problem reading disc after I play a game for a while. I just change the lens recently (cost me RM 250) and the problem is still not fixed (OK for a few days, then the problem comes back). Any idea what is actually rosak? BTW, my PS2 is the fat one, model SCPH-39001
I was thinking to get a hard drive for PS2(want to load the game from HDD instead from the disc). Any tutorial on how to install hard drive to the PS2(fat) and how to make PC hard drive to run on PS2?
