My Digi data speed became sudden crawling pass 11pm, almost every night. No sure what happen?

I subscribed n test the speed d =.=
Speedtest, utube, apps update all stuck at 2mbps....

Anyone facing issues on WhatsApp pictures and videos download from digi broadband now? However, I run speed test and able to get 70ms ping, 10Mbps
download and 7Mbps upload. Rest of others apps Like YouTube and Facebook all OK. Complaint to digi live chat, just said nobody reported such issue so far. 🤔

I'd reported this issue on Monday night. On Tuesday night I checked with them again about the case, and the customer service replied still in progress. I'd requested them to expedite the progress, just wait and see how soon they can rectify this issue.

I have problem to load WhatsApp images too on Digi BB, it has happen for 4 days already.

There are Rm3/ RM5/ RM10 Top up value, are they Reload or Credit Transfer?  If it is credit transfer, after buying it will not extend validity like reload, right?

or it works like Reload?  if Buy RM3 Top up can still pro-long your validity for 3 days without any charges?
