I recently subscribed to monthly RM28 Music+Video Unlimited.
It's great for streaming Youtube but outside of that I also want to browse other things without the basic 64kbps internet holding me back. What do I do?

When I subscribed earlier to the 1 day RM3 Unlimited Internet Lite (512kbps), everything, even the normally 4G speed Youtube turned into 512kbps snail internet. Had to wait a day to get fast Youtube again.
After that, with the Prepaid Best *888#, redeemed my free 7-day 200MB internet. Thought I could use that for browsing outside Youtube but then I find when I stream Youtube, it takes from my 200MB quota, making me stuck with 64kbps internet again.

Went to Digi Live Chat to talk to their people but they weren't much help other than telling me choose the right plan next time.
Is there seriously no way out of this mess? Why even make this plan?

now I get this when I try to browse outside youtube. thought basic internet is "Free/Unlimited" but of course it's only 500MB. not even sure how I managed to use up 500MB.

clicking "topup here" button just bring you to another page to subscribe to other plans which doesn't really help. if i look at topup options in digi menu, it feels not worth it to topup also. more expensive than just subscribing to other plans/one time passes.


and even if i topup, if it still makan from my quota when i browse youtube, why bother.
