Hi, I bought a prepaid card for my daughter (Digi Best). I wanted to topup the number but confuse of the reloading method as she is having a school trip for 5 days.

Every 75 days, I just subscribe RM 1 for SLL (75 days). As such she can accept call but not calling out which is fine because she can access wifi at home that allows her to whatsapp. The balance show in the phone is RM 2.78 only.

I want to include voice call and internet for 7 days only OR just 7 days internet will do. Call can be made via whatsapp or I can contact her. I saw the topup part and internet part at digi website and not sure whether if I just subscribe the internet part will be suffice as the phone now can only accept call

Please advise how to go about it.

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean I have to reload from here first : https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/reload-details.ep . There is no validity period (7 days, 14days, etc) mentioned there. Once reloaded, then go to here (http://new.digi.com.my/prepaid-addons) to subscribe the internet plan?

This was my experience this past weekend:.

Postoaid 110 {on OnePlus 3T}: suddenly Band 8 on ground floor of house.  If go upstairs or outside, then switch to B3 or B7.  However, since Monday, B3 and B7 back to normal strength, and B8 only appears in a few blind spots which previously would drop down to H+.

Prepaid Best v4 (on Samsung Galaxy S4}: B3 only downstairs, B3 or B7 upstairs.  When try to force to B8, get the No Service symbol.

It could be that Digi LTE B8 is still in testing phase at my area.

anyone know why I can't talktime transfer between 2 prepaids?

My area still has 4G+ but it is slower than my B3 only speed, so I'm using band 3 now...

I use Huawei P10 Plus, when i was with DiGi i can see VoLTE wording appear nx to signal bar.. However, after i popped out to Mxis, it's gone.. why ah?

YES 4G with YES Altitude phone will show HD wording instead of VoLTE. Why Maxis don't have one? Voice penetrate through Maxis station already crystal clear enough? Sry I first time experience in using Maxis network in terms of voice. I just know Maxis signal is the best among telco and won't call drop or no voice suddenly like DiGi and other telco.  Correct me if I am wrong? Tq

After details testing and reading from web.

Realise i can ONLY unselect what network in my phone
Apparently my area got Digi LTE band 3...band 7 and band 8.

Even though phone show CA connection.
Testing each band show that practically at night at my place.
Band 3 and band 7 all below 1Mbps...vavi
Band 8 can show 10Mbps..

So i lock to band 8 at night at my place.
So not sure want to complaint to Digi again and MCMC..
Since i find the bypass way selecting only One band especially nighttime at my place.
