i came across to my latest bills last month and this month, im being charged for international SMS to this 447786205094.

after i made some research, this belongs to apple for their activation for imsg and facetime. strangely the charges will be imposed for those telco providers whom aren't supporting apple (iphone / ipads)

strangely they are selling official apple products ? are we being scamed ? 60/sen per sms. and i have 4 sms sent to the number 2/month. it might be a small amount but imagine if all consumers whom are apple users are being charged.

did anyone notice this ?

Digi is the only major telco that charges international SMS for Imessage and Facetime activation. Maxis, Celcom and Umobile do it for free.

This is also the reason I ported out from Digi.

i was on iphone while i was with celcom before, and yes there was no charges, but my iphone gave way after that so i swap to digi last year with an andriod..
then just got an iphone and all this.. too late for me to port out as im still on contract..

also they have been sending me msgs saying that my plan has been upgraded to 30GB + 15GB (free) .. yet im still on 30GB which is from my inital contract..
not sure whats the 15GB for, either weekend only / for my music freedom / or just for imsgs ..

yesterday i was so pissed when i was with their customer service.. when i did query about this.. as they say they also dont know then hang up..

im just assuming that hes having a bad day at work.
