My parents complained that every time a blackout happened, DiGi's signal will go out too. How to let DiGi knows that their cell at https://goo.gl/maps/W4WnrKioxMG2 need to have its backup batteries fixed?

Rm8 unlimited Internet allows p2p, infinite 150 does not.
