Hi all,
I bought the rm 60 prepaid BB package, and then i realized the sim card is only preloaded with rm 30. I saw on the Digi website stating that i need to wait for 4 hours or wait for the successful reload sms to get another rm30 before subscribe to BB 60. It has been 2 days since i activated my sim card and i still didn't receive the credit. No reply from Digi fb page or community, and unable to reach the customer service. Is this situation normal?

was giving the last chance to Digi...
luckily i bought the prepaid only...
Going to throw the sim card away after that...really terrible service
