imgine if digi were awarded 20Mhz channel, and they enable 20Mhz on it. i wonder what is the theoretical max speed

Hi, it's my first day of port in to Digi with the Rm50
Received a simcard and kfc voucher yesterday, in package supposed to have a rm20 lazada voucher. May I know how and where to redeem?

Also today is my first day of activate digi, how come my digi app stated that my data will expired in 2days?
Means after 2days the data will be gone..?

Want to know u guys roaming experience in digi. Last month when I at Thailand, I subscribe to roam like home for rm10 roaming pass. And I hv set my android phone to link to.dtec. things look fine . Start enjoy the data plan. But still scare scare also so I also bought a local sim to play around. I didn't receive call but I didn't pick up and I don activate my voiCe plan in my digi line . WhatsApp most of the time. I switch to local.sim and my digi sim once a while.

This month receive shock bill for rm180..... How to prevent it ? Was any setting I miss out ? Next month need go there again .

digi lte BAND8 spotted in Bandar Sunway.
but since got band 8, my phone not able to connect with their 4G+ network anymore.

One thing I found, a prepaid account in the house wasn't allowed to latch on to the B8 frequency.  Only my Postpaid 110 was allowed access.  Looks like they're not ready to roll it out to everybody yet.

This was my experience this past weekend:.

Postoaid 110 {on OnePlus 3T}: suddenly Band 8 on ground floor of house.  If go upstairs or outside, then switch to B3 or B7.  However, since Monday, B3 and B7 back to normal strength, and B8 only appears in a few blind spots which previously would drop down to H+.

Prepaid Best v4 (on Samsung Galaxy S4}: B3 only downstairs, B3 or B7 upstairs.  When try to force to B8, get the No Service symbol.

It could be that Digi LTE B8 is still in testing phase at my area.

Err, so Digi started testing LTE 3xCA already? I got this in SS19 just now, but it didn't last long, only for like 5 seconds before dropping to 2xCA and after awhile (~ 30 seconds), it went back to 3xCA again and the cycle kept on looping non stop.



Got the same thing on Celcom in Kelana Jaya as well but Celcom is running B03+B03+B07 instead of B03+B07+B08 for LTE 3xCA

I recently subscribed to monthly RM28 Music+Video Unlimited.
It's great for streaming Youtube but outside of that I also want to browse other things without the basic 64kbps internet holding me back. What do I do?

When I subscribed earlier to the 1 day RM3 Unlimited Internet Lite (512kbps), everything, even the normally 4G speed Youtube turned into 512kbps snail internet. Had to wait a day to get fast Youtube again.
After that, with the Prepaid Best *888#, redeemed my free 7-day 200MB internet. Thought I could use that for browsing outside Youtube but then I find when I stream Youtube, it takes from my 200MB quota, making me stuck with 64kbps internet again.

Went to Digi Live Chat to talk to their people but they weren't much help other than telling me choose the right plan next time.
Is there seriously no way out of this mess? Why even make this plan?

prepaid live with monthly big bonus internet.
watching utube during late afternoon 1-7pm will use weekly streaming quota not daily big bonus quota.
2.5gb weekly streaming and 1gb big bonus daily both is FOC

Digi still in the mids of upgrading all the sites to have 900mhz spectrum . till date half of it has been upgraded and still have half to go
i no longer have direct access to the person that manages this service but my advise would be going to Digi store

So means the indoor u mobile coverage better than Digi now?
