I notice some small drains near my neighbourhood got ikan longkang there.

How did they migrate there?

what puzzled me is, how did the small fish got into higher elevation drain ? Those drains only are only 'connected' during heavy rain -

is it possible those fish swam upward in the monsoon drain during storms?
