 Tm modem Huawei HG8240w auth blink. LINK led none, TM/Maxis modem issue

Hi guys,
Im Maxis Fibre subscriber.
This morning suddenly the modem ONU Huawei HG8240w the auth led is blinking and the LINK led no light at all.

Reboot the device many times but still same.

Call maxis helpline, as usual la, will escalate to tech dept. Will take few days to investigate.

In the meantime, any suggestion if we can solve this at our end?
Should i reset the modem? I reset the maxis router ady but still same la.

Auth blinking means something wrong at their end. Have to wait technician to come

Nothing you can do. Normally outside house problem. Mine same problem now.
They waiting from TM for updates. My neighbour on Unifi already know whats the problem.
TM didn't inform Maxis i guess. rclxub.gif

Hi I also having same issue this afternoon, suddenly no internet Connection, call TM, ask to restart Modem, after restart, internet is there but the Auth light is OFF, is there any problem?
By the way I on Unifi Lite and another surprise is call is click to TP Link webpage, key the User and New Password, it says wrong, any idea, could this be hack or anything else?
Another Shock is my Office Unifi, TP Link remain as default User & Password also have same message - Wrong password until TM Came and reset the Modem and reinstall again.
