No problem, GigaWatt can be discussed here. It's hybrid, not a cloud mining.

Everyone have their own capacity of time, money etc. So to each of us, all options have been Weighted into before a decision was made.

For some, solo mining, some pool mining, some choose cloud minng, some GigaWatt style, some just reading.. There are many different types and scenarios. Saying yours the best is indifference to them.

You are at a wrong place to seek opinions.
The answer would be few pages long.

Short answer, for expedited payments of stuffs (just like PayPal), storage of wealth, trading for profit (buy low sale high).

There are at least 700 coins. So it's hard to answer.

So easy to manipulate by Pump and Dump group.

GPU mining ROI since late June is 9 months.

Not many legitimate businesses can ROI lesser than 1 year

TB250-BTC is now close to 650. Hard to get stock. And yet people screaming that many rigs and GPU dumping in progress. To me, those people perhaps already ROI or just not bright. Business shaking, sell your shop?

Yup, those early birds get cheaper hardware.
So ROI is about 9 months.

GPU is RX580 which was about 1480. Total rig cost is 11,500

3 months earning on ETH is ~1200.
Assume next 6 months per month is 250$.
So, 9th month u will see 12K.

True if u have a machine right now, today.

As other mentioned, the difficulty will rise. Maybe u can get 30-50$ a day when u got the machine 2 months later.
