I suppose he could see the voucher in the mysamsung apps in the secure folder,

HOWEVER, he could not redeem it. Jst like other user claimed here.

Samsung may lock the IMEI to each redemption.

It is the first time you claim for it?

if so, please list out the steps you take to embed your mysamsung acc

if you claimed the voucher before, then you have no luck for this 400 lazada voucheer

It have nothing to do with the proof of purchase,

I claimed twice, for the previous version, without uploading anything to mysamsung

This is exactly what i did to claim the previous version of vouchers.

I could not see anything wrong...

May be you could add in 1 more step,

1) remove the mysamsung app
2) remove samsung account

Additional step :- clear the data and cache ( some reported work)
go to setting--> apps --> storage---> clear

3) download mysamsung app from playstore
4) open mysamsung app using another email

Step number 4)

A)Create samsung account in setting using new email
B)open mysamsung app using another email

A few things to share

1. The previous version 200 + 200 only applicable to accessories related to s8

2. The Latest version voucher could be used for non Samsung store item

3. The 360 wireless sound could still be obtained through seng Heng store with 399 + 10 shipping fess. But you wouldn't receive it fast, around mid of July

4. I have redeemed ( 200 + 200 ) x2 first version + 400 (second version ) + 500 HSBC credit cards.

5. Bugs is still there for those who redeemed the first version voucher. the second version voucher sticks to the Imei...no more bug loops.

I think it is impossible ....if the voucher is tight to imei

Last time, it was tight to my Samsung account

A few comments towards the accesiocries for s8 plus,

1. Wireless charching pad (pre order free gift) - I rarely use it, prefer to use cable, not recommended to buy it.

2. Power bank (preorder free gift) - the capacity of the power bank is terrible but I like the fast charging feature.

3. Cover and screen protectors (preorder free gift). Both quality are ok. The cover is abit slippery.

4. LED cover (Lazada voucher 200) I like it, feel nice to hold but the notifications only lasts for a few seconds. The beauty of AOD gone.

5. Clear view cover (Lazada voucher 200). It easily get scratched

6. Vr gear (11street voucher 200) - I bought it for my gf and I wanted to sell it in the same day. A big NO to gear vr.

7. Iconx (HSBC Lazada 500 ), level u earphone (11streets 200), 360 speaker (Lazada 400) yet to receive.

400 x 2 ? 2 accounts in one device?

Or (200 + 200) + 400?

When the voucher first appears in your mysamsung app?

I jst applied the used voucher in Lazada and it shows,

"Sorry, this voucher has been fully redeemed."

The message is different with urs.

I did. Same handset, (200 Lazada + 200 11streets) X two times + (400 lazada) one time

the total is 1200

How about the durability between TPU and PET?

Thinking to purchase the X-one screen protector,

is it worth to change to X-one from a tempered glass?

It still works charm but only work once. I dun want it to be abused like the 200 + 200 vouchers bug loops
