Im also not first time using smartphone. Since iPhone 3 till now I never broke ANY smartphone ! All my pre owned were in tip top condition !

I drop my s8+ 3 times in total in 1month. There even a deep scar on the screen protector because someone threw a big scissor and it accidentally hit on the screen

Because I want to use a flagship for another 2year n I want the waterproof function. Wait until yr phone drop then u know. If u don't Hv a wireless charger then don't simply comment. Those say I'm stupid u people are not even smart too

I only dropped 1x less than 30cm with cover n it's instant cracked !

Pay a replacement screen / 6 inch glass for 1k. No wonder Malaysia ppl is so rich that money game can wipe of so much money. Lowest member here really rich especially those laughing at me

chill chill, i understand your feeling when saw screen crack with single drop, i experience it too on my note2 few years ago. anyway mind to share what case you using ? I always use otterbox Commuter or Defender for my phone since I purchase my note2 few years back.

hmmm, I did ask myself about this too, but those freebie case really can only withstand some scratches , it's not design to provide shockproof like otterbox, liveproof case does.

maybe you can consider it be like buying car with some extra accessories, haha

many people willing pay few thousand but not willing to pay a bit extra for quality casing even know the phone so fragile.

Hello mister. Not only you are smart. Lazada also didn't not offer screen protection warranty after the initial pre ordered closed. Lazada that time was offering Bluetooth speakers n some vouchers . 11th street then give accessories n wireless chargers etc 11st street n lazada also the same their pre order is from those Samsung authorised dealer
