same here, newbie as always.
Last time, I gave up for RM10 SV but then I left Bad Feedback on their Customer Service.
Initially I don't want to use that RM10 sv, then happened need to get cheap laptop bag.
Applied that SV and few days later, received email from Lazada CS mentioned about me already use the SV, so they assume I'm happy with it and close case.

Another case, where my order got cancelled, I got no sc, and still leave bad feedback. Later another SC respond via call and email to my feedback and gave RM40 sv.

I guess, it's all about who the SC and how lucky you are.

I wanted to buy this washing machine from Lazada fulfilled by Courts Malaysia. But I'm worried about the warranty period. It say only 1 year by manufacturer. Some seller say 10 years warranty by manufacturer. Same product should be the same warranty period by the manufacturer right? I asked the seller but no reply yet. Figures I can get faster reply here from anyone with experience.

never ever buy items from lazada, they send the payment advice on 22/6/17 via citibank.So I check my bank everyday since the day they send out the payment advice but there is no any credit from lazada in my account. Then , I send email but nobody respond my email at all. never ever buy item from lazada as there is lot of clone items & shxt customer service. Another case is the bank details is provided they still open credit note & send me a credit code. I think the customer service still in raya mood, fkxxxg shxt.

Now is not a rite time to scold or request sv from CS malaysia.
They oso pening now with lot of complaint about slow lex delivery.
