I zendesk them twice, also being closed

They delivered me last double din glitch
Im surprise at first but after delivery guy handle me the package im just speechless. 
They totally scam/troll me to its finest level.
Being positive they send me wrong item but after going through their shop @ lazada they never sell the item. I don't even know what the hell the item was. 
Complaining, return & get maximize sv is my plan.
Need guidance from sifu here how i can get huge amount of sv

Rage at CS and say why is the item bought not same with the item delivered? Ask them refund and demand high SV for wasting your time and effort.

After chat with Lazada CS, they said will send me RM50 SV for each order for the iphone glitch. still ok la, but prefer to receive the iphone.

Anyone else managed to receive the RM10 gaming keyboard and mouse combo? mine currently out for delivery....hopefully i dont receive any armpit pad...

teamloks if you have evidence that you already fill in the details before 24 hours expire, then you can argue with them and ask them to bank in the amount to you instead of store credit. I faced that previously and I show them, they kasi balik the amount to my bank.

i've just refunded a damaged good recently.
Just wondering, instead of a refund arrangement, can we request a replacement instead?

reason being, i bought the product which was damaged with a discount code, and even with a full refund i don't think i will have another code which can match the discounted price again.

this is the weak side of free return policies by Lazada

we can't get replacement even only 1 damaged out of 4 items delivered, still need to return all 4
