Problem:
1)cracked keypad (not bothering me)
2)silver ring button kinda fade off after a few months of using (not bothering me, consider wear & tear)
3) left side LED won't work--> it happens only to me. never heard of this problem before from other user. maybe because i've dropped it a few times lol.

For the keypad, u just have to press it in the middle to prevent it from cracking. I broke my first button after 2 month using the phone. It cracked because I played guitar legend, a lot. If not sure it won't crack for a longer time. w580i keypad more 'tahan' than s500.

I don't seems to encounter any serious lag on this phone. For me the lag is acceptable. It this phone sucks then why I do recommend it for my younger brother

Have you guys try to change your acoustic file? I'm using peter v2 acoustic file and its sound really NICEE!!!! Haha, a lot better than the stock acoustic. The treble is crisp and the bass is loud. Currently im using this setting for the equalizer (16_9_11_16_14) Another reason to love my phone now

How to use shake function:
1) play any song in walkman
2)press the walkman button (w) while you the the phone

By the way, how much did you pay for your w580i? I saw w580i keypad selling around rm30 at LYP. I can't comfirm whether it's an ori or not. It's so easy to replace w580i0 keypad. no screwdriver needed. Refer to the video below

Any of you guys here experiencing malfunction of the # button on the keypad? Me and my bro got the same problem la, every time we pressed the # on the keypad,nothing shows on the phone. Sometimes need to pressed it repeatedly and hard to get the button to work. I suspect that the problem is caused by me accidentally dropped my phone several times

I have to admit that this problem causing me sakit hati all the time when I compose a sms. Is there anyway that I can fix the prob? Roughly how much does it cost to repair it? I need you guys opinion on it.

anybody? at least recommend me a place where I can get it fixed at KL because I'll be moving to kl mid this month. Mine is an AP set.
