Exactly! I've been wondering too..but it seems that it is not mandatory for manufacturers to declare / run that test; thus probably they did not or that their numbers aren't very "nice" to show, hehehe
Hey there! I got mine of the same size at service centre for around 270/pcs - changed all 4 pcs 3 weeks ago. My ride is the 'king' of hybrid tongue.gif smile.gif

So far, as with all / any new tyres regardless of brand or type, very quiet and grippy.

I can't comment much about it, as it's new and plus I'm not any professional driver (nor are anyone here though they may speak as such) - so I can just share the price / layman opinion.

I've noticed that my "gliding" speed reduces faster compared when I had my Toyo rubbers, but again that could be due to the grippy new compounds rather than this new tyres have higher rolling resistance. Also, the roads on which I "noticed" that difference might be different, so again kind of subjective.

Regardless, I think it's a good choice simply because it is the only rubbers out there that is of the latest design.
E.g. XM2 is already 3 yrs old? CC6 is not as new; same with others.

So on that reason alone, I made my decision to go EP300. New thread design + new compound materials , etc . new

I am using EP200 so far so good in term of its grade(entry level). but it always have the squeaking sound during turning in car park. what does this mean?

now considering changing either to ep300 or Conti CC6. But never try Conti tyre before.
Hopefully can get some valuable input here.

I saw alot of comments saying CC6 is lousy and need to avoid then propose other like bridgestone turanza, conti MC5, Michelin PS3.
Of course that tyre are better cause they are different range.Their price also higher!

When we do comparison, need to be apple to apple.
for example B segment car compare to B segment(city vs Vios vs Mazda2).
Don't tell me those car are lousy and Civic/Altis/Madza3 are better. Who dunno this.
This have to be apply to tyre comparison as well!

Again, hopefully can get some valuable input here.

Thanks in advance.

Any tyre will squeak when you enter a car park because of the resin coating on the floor.

cc6 is just an alright tyre.. it does fair quite well at highway speeds quite stable and even going through wet roads on rainy days no aquaplane.. jsut that corneringgrip is quite rubbish.. yeahh
so yeah cc6 quiet and thats about it.
depends on what you prioritize..
comfort
grip

i call up a few tyre shops and ask for price on ep300 & cc6, seems like ep300 is cheaper by rm10~rm15/tyre.

But frankly speaking, i observe on the road there is a lot of conti tyre(cc5/cc6) tyre compare to Bridgstone(ep200/300).
May be because Vios default tyre is conti.

For normal driving/family driving, i believe entry level tyre is good enough, comfort and quite is important. if cornering grip is lousy then drive a little low speed during corner to counter it lo....lol

For aggressive driving, then it may need a better grip tyre. CC6/ep300 not suitable.

Just replaced my EP200 195/55R15 to EP300 @ RM170/pc. Stiffer Side Wall improves body roll & better rubber improves wet grip. Feeling like lowered to 50 Aspect Ratio 👍🏻
