which was lousy wear rating where it wore so fast, clocked less than 30k km with full rotations
And better wet grip as well which from the last one was somewhat lacking.

QUOTE(sunami @ Jun 13 2017, 06:07 PM) What size is your tyre? If you're looking for comfort and quietness I recommend cc6 very low noise but very soft as well.. my car low and now on cc6 I'm hitting bumps that I never used to hit on the ep200 |

For me the ep200 provided more grip than I expected from an eco tyre in the dry. And in the wet as well it performed excellent, again for its price range. But when the tires wore off and thread got low which happens sooner than you would expect. The wet grip becomes terrible and skids all about very dangerous.. hopefully this ep300 no longer has his issue as it's design seems to hold the thread pattern longer hence increasing longevity .

QUOTE(mason123 @ Dec 21 2017, 03:17 PM) I am using EP200 so far so good in term of its grade(entry level). but it always have the squeaking sound during turning in car park. what does this mean? cc6 is just an alright tyre.. it does fair quite well at highway speeds quite stable and even going through wet roads on rainy days no aquaplane.. jsut that corneringgrip is quite rubbish.. yeahhnow considering changing either to ep300 or Conti CC6. But never try Conti tyre before. Hopefully can get some valuable input here. I saw alot of comments saying CC6 is lousy and need to avoid then propose other like bridgestone turanza, conti MC5, Michelin PS3. Of course that tyre are better cause they are different range.Their price also higher! When we do comparison, need to be apple to apple. for example B segment car compare to B segment(city vs Vios vs Mazda2). Don't tell me those car are lousy and Civic/Altis/Madza3 are better. Who dunno this. This have to be apply to tyre comparison as well! Again, hopefully can get some valuable input here. Thanks in advance. so yeah cc6 quiet and thats about it. depends on what you prioritize.. comfort grip |

QUOTE(terence38 @ Aug 30 2018, 10:13 PM) Hi guys, not sure if I can still get reply in this thread, but would like to ask, how do I identify if the tyre shop is installing what I've ordered? I've bought EP300 from Lazada and pending installation...just wanna do some homework before going to the work shop... Check the side walls and see if it’s ep300 then you’re good |
