The Dragon Ball FighterZ open beta will run from January 14 at 12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. ET / 9:00 a.m CET to January 16 at the same time. Users who pre-order the game will gain early access to the open beta on January 13, also at the same time.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 26 in the Americas and Europe, and February 1 in Japan.
Believe that Asia and US PSN should be up by midnight or tomorrow morning. Size is only ~2GB+, so no one should be complaining about needing 624 hours to download the beta.
The beta was such a joke! Eager to get in and try the game out but was denied entry throughout Sunday. They better get their act together before the actual release.

yeah. i think their server couldnt handle the load or whatever. always failed to initialise
I only managed to get ONE match out of 30+ mins total of waiting time. When it works, the game is brilliant.
Either ways, from what I can practice in the tutorial modes - game is fairly simple yet with some depth to it. I'd say it's a mixture of the old Budokai/Burst Limit games with GG/BB influence, in a 2D space. Easy to pick up, requires some dedication to be good at is what I'm saying.
Too bad time is so limited, can't really experiment more.
