Use your colo captain la
Go train Seagull first to 10 pts before use 'her' for higher tier ships
higher tiers need at least 10 pts to be more effective

My US BB Cptn build
DCCA, EM, SI, CE, AFT
Will get BFT and AR later

my seagull I put at New York to level up 'her" using atlanta
but I build 'her' to use at Baltimore or DM later
I feel kinda wasted if use at BB since BB use AP 99% of the time and it's cruisers that usually change shell type more often
I forgot what build I had for seagull but something like this
PT, EL, AR, SI planning to get CE, AFT, PM, maybe BFT or DE

nvm still 20K+ to go..i repeat and repeat so many times say im nearing NC but until now also not yet

anyway let me action abit tonight..my best match in colorado...in the correct tier and bully lower tiers

last week I shoot NO 16km away, the shell disperse all around him, not one single shell hit him
and that was with the warspite, the so call most accurate BB gun in the game
if you want accuracy, pray to RnG goddess everytime you shoot your gun

you're not gonna suffer in NC like you suffered in stock colo, so rejoice
in NC it's the playstyle that matters as gone is the tough BB replaced by squishy BC

10K to get to NC, but like you say sad that i only enjoy colorado towards the end..after this will surely play NC more

third wan ar..kaotim with 5 star...i suggest play with friend better..reason got retard dont understand secondary mission

Hahaha....yeah. For some unknown reasons, some players just ignore going to the exit point. End up, DEFEAT. 3rd week operations actually quite easy also. Let's see how the 4th Operations will be.

wont defeat if secondary mission dint do..only get lesser star..
cleveland is better choice to any those 2 CV

Latest Operations kinda tough. More so if no CV in team. 5-star still not achieved

It's more annoying when ur team dying early in the game by a hand of enemy Kuma.
