tbh, I kinda want the smoke and radar gone from the game
even if it'll make my fav ship kutuzov harder to play

It's usually that I get hostile respond whenever I mentioned about the nerf of this two questionable consumable
It's a suprise to be supported in this matter though 
I guess many people are too dependent on these two feature nowadays

I'm a dd fan so whenever there's a nerf/buff to hurt dd lineup, I hate it

We got combination of IJN & USN  DD's.
The tier I-IV similar to IJN DD's while the tier VII to X similar to Benson, Fletcher & Gearing.

WG got me good on this one, really not expected they'll announce it this early 
he said T10 Hsiang Yang was a fletcher class destroyer
that's the 4th fletcher in the game!!!
and i guess fletcher doesn't really care which tier, they'll conquer them all
but, usually a tech tree will start with cruisers
guess there's not enough cruisers operated by asian counties except japan to make a full line

Eh I thought the T10 is actually gearing in-game (the T9 was one of the fletcher-class)? Coz the Allen M Sumner class was actually the DD class which Gearing succeeded from.

Interface

The Commanders reassignment screen has been modified. To re-assign a Commander to a different ship, the player may first specify the ship type, and then select the required ship from the drop-down list.

In order to make the process of reassigning Japanese commanders easier and more convenient, we extended the list of ships that can be commanded by ARPEGGIO Commanders, Dragon Commanders and Japanese Commanders:

ARPEGGIO Commanders and Dragon Commanders can be assigned to Japanese ships;

Normal commanders can now be assigned to ARPEGGIO ships and Dragon ships;

Note that the Port screen has a settings panel from which the player can hide or show additional content, including ARPEGGIO ships or special camouflages. The settings menu is located in the right part of the screen above the carousel.
