also I realized that I haven't play my kiev at all after she get to T8, so she's still stock, and my NO have noob cptn,
so I can't really enjoy the prem camo WG gave us as I also don't have CM, Z23 and Monarch

every games from T4 to T10 have 80% chance of CV games now
if you can't beat them, join them

NO is quite vulnerable to Cv without aft, I got shit by CVs before I got aft
and my new captain NO still don't have aft, i think even don't have CE
so I don't think i'll be playing her much

QE has quite nice aa
i finish that oil misson using only QE la
it might worth spec her with aft BUT that captain is only for QE
from what I watched, the other RNBB aren't really worth aft spec though as their short range aa is the powerful ones
but CE, AFT and FP is too much points to choose and will have to sacrify everything else,
what to choose

p/s: I might as well sell the QE as I already have the warspite. but QE has very nice AA but 2ndary sux while warspite is

just like colo la. this trend will continue in QE, although QE's a is pretty nice and eat planes
so did I, CE first then AFT. But now fire prevention (FP) is a thing with all these fire spamming BBs around
if I choose FP, I would have to forget AR and others such as Vig, BoS, JoaT though not very important
but this aft built is just for QE, other RNBB not really worth it to spec aft as their mid range aa are the more powerful ones and their long range aa are quite meh

WG will "rent" us GK, Zao and Shima for us, so it's not a priority for you to get the shima

besides, from what Mejash said in his video, shima is the 2nd worse T10 DD right now and very much vulnerable to radar cruisers and more faster and deadly gunboats

word has it the new Smoke changes will also go live on that update, so BBs won't can't shoot in smoke anymore, and CA will have 8km detection range and CL less than that when shoot in smoke. for confirmation, just wait for 0.6.12 update announcement

then the Brits
after that, VMF, french and asian

I chose RN first rather than VMF bcoz I think this line is more popular right now than VMF

alternatively though, pan asian first if many of us wants to grind that line
I'm grinding all line at the same time, so I don't mind much
though RN line next will be much more helpful

they definitely gonna nerf Conqueror, Lion Monarch and KVG
I think these ships are absolutely ridiculous and Conqueror is the pinnacle of it all
but WG keep saying we need more data, that's why flamu and all the CCs are screaming at them
as it is now, it's not much fun to play BBs anymore
not enough that we have to worry ourselves of getting burn by cruisers and VMF DDs, but now even from freaking BBs with the ability of to employ Klingon's stealth tech which can shoot from farther than 20km away!!!

as I watched flambass of omni in his stream yesterday during the 2 hour break, he did said something about some disadvantages on eu team, probably ping issue or something

he also said someone ask WG why not have the tournament on RU server to make it fair ping issue for everyone, can't remember what the answer was

furthermore, he also said he and larry the carry (I_AM_RADICAL_LARRY) can barely hit anyone. even in practice during the game.

asia won maybe bcoz eu team was not really in optimal condition. I dont know and i don't care.

kutu is facking, well, almost broken or unfair ship compares to others at her tier,
buyfast is facking ridiculous also bcoz she was given smoke, hydro AND facking radar, an unnecessary thing given she's meet T5 most of the time
saipan is another stupid ass ship that is facking unfair for all other CV, bcoz you will only have 10% of chance to win when you're up against saipan

other OP ships are either too lower tier or have been remove from sales, so not really matter

p/s: moral of story: I need to buy saipan in the near future
