you know, cleveland originally was T8 cruiser before WG decide to nerf her and put her in T6
They said it'll be weird to switch playstyle in the middle of the line

Helena, a St Loius class light cruiser preceeding brooklyn class has 15 6"/150mm gun
thats 3 more guns compared to the cleveland class which will succed her
Helena historically and should be in gamely have weaker AA suits than the cleveland class

I'm super excited to have helena in the game since she's one of the ships that involved in the battle of guadalcanal along with fletcher & atlanta.
WG should inclued portland and San Francisco too
