You need to learn to just let it go. When I got into btc and got swallowed hard during the dips in 2018, I realise I only loose if I sell. So I just hold it til now. My price point to sell is 100k usd back then and still is.

No point to look at the chart every day or hour or whatever. Not worth the trouble. U have good days and u have bad days. Those that bought btc at 8k usd.....since 2018 to now...every day is a good day no matter if btc dipped to 20k usd

So learn how to let it go and just hold. Disable the app and only enable it back once you see news on paper or many threads coming up about how btc is mooning
