If it consolidate around 35k this week, the next dip wont be 30k or 25k.. it could be down below 20k...

However there's fear in the market right now since everyone bought the dip. All they need is to dip it below 30k and see if hell break lose.

I'm starting to get into red too but my crypto holding is limited to 500 (already drop below 400 in value)... Have 800 busd left... I got scared with the v shaped recovery across the board thus selling most of those catches for small profits. I would be deep in red had I hold onto those. However whatever's left in my profile is really deep in red though. I'm just helped by the my decision to cash in my profits every now and then.

I'm just feeling that the fear finally kicked in and there might be a genuine chance to pick up some at good price. However there's no guarantee how low it can go... Therefore I'm planning to split my final 800 at 70% current price and 35% current price. It can't possibly fall to zero right? If it fall to zero then it's my luck.

I do not want to bet on this... I'm here to learn and make some money. I would rather earn less than losing more.

If you're holding big amount then it's a different story. I'm holding to death for the remaining balance because there's nothing to lose anymore.

$54 in celr 66c...$19 left
$100 in dot 36.30... $46 left
$100 in matic 1.50... $56 left
$100 in eth 3800... $52 left
$120 in bnb 6xx... $40 left

What is there to lose with another 50% drop?

The only saving grace is my first batch of matic ($100) at 83c still even...

I made some mistake staking dot... Otherwise I would have sold when it started to drop below $40 after the failed rally... I lose a lot of profit by staking. Luckily I redeem sushi and sold it without any losses...

ETH is holding much better... I guess they are selling alts and moving to ETH

Matic dropped a lot already... I went from earning 2x to losing money. Matic future is huge though and it's the only one that I refused to let go

DeFi is definitely down. A simple check on defipulse will reveal the carnage. Maker TVL was around 20b before the huge drop. It only left 8b now. Polygon was at 7.xb but now left almost 5b

I think it will consolidate around these prices too but there's no guarantee where we would go from here on.

I also do this sometimes. What I do is buy when low, then when it goes up, I exit.

Example...

Bought $100 dot at $36
Then drop to 24, and I bought another $100 dot

When it goes up to $30, I sell exactly $100 worth of dot. The extra unit (profit from 2nd trade) goes into the first trade to average it down and continue holding.

That's how I minimize losses at time but still wanna hold.

I guess whoever bought alts at yesterday low already profit 50% for most of them. Some are up almost 100% like Matic. I think there will be some consolidation as ppl starting selling and buying again before they are comfortable with this new support level. Maybe a month or two from now, we will start seeing the final push.
