I am only using Luno.
I bought my ETH directly from Luno previously ,got charged premium.

Sigh, they still yet to verified my account.

Find them really slow in doing things.

Hopefully don’t be the next Iota.

I believe how it works on buying Eth with cash is they buy btc 1st, then convert to Eth with the lowest available rate at that point of time.
Therefore if there is no good btc-eth rate, then you might be paying premium.
Not sure if this their way to calculate.

Yes, best is buy btc elsewhere then send to Luno and convert to Eth.
