Among all p2p platforms,

Remitano is the best in customer service in term of speedy.

Binance is the worst because slow and laziness from the staff.

They claimed they have a lot of appeals ticket and will due time to look into my case.

Wtf...5 hours without response...and when they respond, you will need to give another 5 hours again to wait for other proof....

They blamed me that I chatted outside the box. Of course I have to contact the buyer by call and whatsapp because the buyer did not chat in the chat at all.... how to resolve to ask him cancelled???

I am moving to Kucoin to check out about their SOP and time in handling appeal orders.

Remitano MYR is good but it is not legal. It is considered as deposit taking.

What Binance needs to improve is, to hire more CS and handle appeals. If they have a lot of appeals, it is not healthy as all. This proves that their platform has many "bad" customers.

It is really unfair for such treatment whereby they tax you on trading profit and how about if someone bought high and then sell low and suffering losses?
Of course they allow you to claim tax losses...
