QUOTE(Andrew Lim @ Dec 15 2020, 09:08 PM) Ah so he's one of those fake payment scammers. And the binance CS did not look into the appeal case for so many hoursYeah sucks if you're trying to trade non stablecoins that fluctuate in price. That's why I usually only P2P USDT. Other crypto I just Uniswap or do normal order book trading on Binance. They claimed they have a lot of appeals ticket and will due time to look into my case. Wtf...5 hours without response...and when they respond, you will need to give another 5 hours again to wait for other proof.... |

Read how Binance wrote their Engish without full stop.
![]() They blamed me that I chatted outside the box. Of course I have to contact the buyer by call and whatsapp because the buyer did not chat in the chat at all.... how to resolve to ask him cancelled??? I am moving to Kucoin to check out about their SOP and time in handling appeal orders. This post has been edited by jack2: Dec 15 2020, 10:08 PM |

QUOTE(Andrew Lim @ Dec 15 2020, 11:30 PM) Yeah Binance needs something like the Remitano MYR wallet. So both the crypto and ringgit are in escrow. QUOTE(thankyou @ Dec 15 2020, 11:52 PM) Need license I suppose? So people can deposit MYR through their bank account... Remitano MYR is good but it is not legal. It is considered as deposit taking. That's unlikely to happen ... What Binance needs to improve is, to hire more CS and handle appeals. If they have a lot of appeals, it is not healthy as all. This proves that their platform has many "bad" customers. |

QUOTE(JohnsonLoi @ Jan 6 2021, 09:29 AM) That's why. I don't know anyone personally who did that. You need to provide solid history on purchAse and selling prices. But even if you tell them that you sell your 1 BTC (your first sale ever), so it should classified as capital gain, then it should be tax-free income. Otherwise, you will be deemed like traders and all profits are taxable like business transactions. |

QUOTE(JohnsonLoi @ Jan 6 2021, 10:27 AM) Even if I only sell once, also considered as traders? Mining shall be classified as "business" transaction and not "capital" acquisition for the purpose of appreciation lo...Lets just say I had been mining a lot since early days, and keep buying every month since few years ago. It is really unfair for such treatment whereby they tax you on trading profit and how about if someone bought high and then sell low and suffering losses? Of course they allow you to claim tax losses... This post has been edited by jack2: Jan 6 2021, 11:01 AM |

QUOTE(Amaru @ Jan 6 2021, 12:52 PM) I think the crucial thing for tax is if you converted any of your crypto to ringgit. Unless you meet the buyer in some chow kit alley, there should be a trace in your bank account when you change to MYR. The best now is via cash transaction. Meet buy and sell for both sides. But if you spent your crypto to buy stuff online, it's harder to calculate and check. |
