All this 30 sec spilts of jogging and running susah on the threadmill... cos the thread mill takes about 8 seconds to accelerate/slow down to the desired speed...so a whole bunch of time will be lost in the middle...
maybe i'll try the 60 second splits. was previously on a 4 min jog/ 1 min sprint HIIT. (so far only done 3 times this way.) Also that website say do HIIT in the morning fasted... sure ah? won't burn muscles ke? muscles are very precious to me... i dun have much of it... |

QUOTE(kvys2000 @ Oct 4 2007, 10:10 PM) U noe there have been talking about HIIT or rather interval training fast for fat loss. The "fastest" speed is actually different for everyone because each person's fitness level is different. so you might still be in a fit condition so can go faster than whats been said here. The fastest is 9km/h right? or was it 9mph? +I can't remember.. Jz nw I on threadmill the first time, 13mph seems so slow to me!!!! I guess I've been doing above 16mph normally when I jog, yes, I sprint like those 100m runner... No wonder I get exhausted easily.. hahaha! and I guess 13mph is like my normal speed of jogging... btw, 16mph is about 26.7km/h. thats fast dude! |
