it is just a small amount of money on deposit, compared to the excess of monthly bill that u ll be paying if not convert.. so better change first then worry later... if they dun wan refund after convert, then lodge complaint.... u complain now, later they lagi lazy to convert urs dHopefully someone can advice me:

agreed, check with TNB then u ll got the best answer... even forum here say 100% refund etc, but end up TNB dun wan refund oso useless...
