Hi, I'll be getting a macbook pro and starting to look into the USB-C hub. So far, I found these:

Satechi Aluminum Type-C Pro Hub Adapter

Charjenpro Macstick

HooToo

Have anyone had any experiences with the above USB-C hubs? Do they overheating after a while? Which one are you currently using? I don't really need HDMI, Ethernet port. I need something that's small and easy to put in my bag.

Thanks.

For the hubs that stick directly straight into the ports and is like an extension of your MBP, you need to make sure that if you are using a case with your MacbookPro, the hub can fit in. Otherwise, you should consider the hubs with a cable to connect to the MBP. The hubs only heat up when you plug in power to them, although I haven't faced any overheating issues.
