The same SMS scam occured with my wife's phone but the telco is Digi.
The company is Macro Kiosk Bhd.
Complained to Digi and was asked to deal with Macro ourselves for the refund...WTF !
Calle dMacro and only get answering machine.
Today got email from their Customer Support asking for the itemized bills.
Waiting for further reply from them.
But I still made a complaint with MCMC as this is plain cheating and preying on a unsuspecting public.

It has been a while but I do remember they reimbursed my wifeand also blacklist the number from all future VAS .
