Asking Maxis to block Macrok is not enough. Why? MacroK are not register to a number only. They have several number for your information. Simply go to Maxis website, ECP page and search for MarcroK. You will see plenty of numbers under them.
Call up MacroK company and warn them not to send you any sms at all. Block all sms to you. They will do it and refund you. It is normal for them to refund.

maxis refunded me 50%. half a loaf is better than none.
