While getting the refund, Please also file your complaint here. This is the only authority that can get to the root of the problem. But we need numbers to get quicker attention. MicroK is playing this game....you complaint...I refund you, so you rest your case. But there are million other prepaid users never aware or never make complaint.

I don't usually check my phonebill...becoz i always got roaming charges n such and i didnt really look into each line items...somehow, i have discovered it recently and i realised that they have been charging me RM50 for almost 2 year plus...i'm so surprised and i went to the office to ask for their customer service representative. and the guy said will discuss with "their client" in order to sort of for refund....i'm going to call them everyday to ask for status update....seriously, i scolded maxis too, i trusted u as a service provider and why all these things happen, the guy from maxis said customer is responsible for checking their own bill....i really feel upset about what they said, is not professional at all....Complaint Procedure
