I don't usually check my phonebill...becoz i always got roaming charges n such and i didnt really look into each line items...somehow, i have discovered it recently and i realised that they have been charging me RM50 for almost 2 year plus...i'm so surprised and i went to the office to ask for their customer service representative. and the guy said will discuss with "their client" in order to sort of for refund....i'm going to call them everyday to ask for status update....seriously, i scolded maxis too, i trusted u as a service provider and why all these things happen, the guy from maxis said customer is responsible for checking their own bill....i really feel upset about what they said, is not professional at all....

But i will take action if they dont refund me my money....

I guess u can call maxis and ask them to block those sms if is from 3XXXX series....
I just received the call from the macrok guy, they said they will only refund a small portion of what i have paid....

I'm not satisfied with their answer....have to find out their client name, and i need to ask my friend for legal advice....
