For example, an intermediate lot 1300sqft is priced at RM395k. How much do you think is a fair price for 2600sqft cornet lot at the same row?
Base on my experience, for the extra land that is same size for the build up land. It will be additional 50%-100% that you need to pay. It based on a Freehold land or Leasehold land. Also depend on the area.
In Puchong itself for example.
1) Bandar Puteri Puchong, it is about 100% more compare to intermediate price (based on developer selling price year 2009).
2) Tmn Putra Prima, it is about 50% more compare to intermediate price.
You may consult bank valuer for your case as the price will be vary a lot based on the location.
