Corner Lot vs Intermediate Lot

Hi, just like to ask your opinion regarding terrace houses. How much difference between a cornet lot vs intermediate lot at the same row in general? How many percent more?
For example, an intermediate lot 1300sqft is priced at RM395k. How much do you think is a fair price for 2600sqft cornet lot at the same row?

so it's about 1/3 to 1/2 more than an intermediate lot
