Definitely has a boutique hotel feeling to it. Better for short term rentals than own stay.

so now the developer giving 15% rebate to buyer? SNP at 85% margin
Buyer asked to sign the authorise letter to Airbnb or Co living agent for 2 years contract. Agent take 30% EXCLUDE cleaning fee and reno package at 28K. Wow so risky product still many water fish? |
