My sister wish to enrol for A-Level (Science) in Stamford College...

1st becoz it had full scholarship for her...

2nd, very convenient for us, becoz is near to our house...v can save alot of petrol

3rd, since is juz a A-Level, we assume most college had an average standard..

so, any seniors around who had bad comment about this college??

if yes, then mayb we shld not enrol jz for d sake of scholarship n convenient...

Why stamford? I guess if u can get a scholarship there u'd probably be able to get one from taylors/help? Based on performance I'd recommend taylors/help/sunway; especially if u can get a s/ship.

then later, i went to taylor... n now i'm in monash

Yeah, the place is often congested and the shuttle service is nothing to shout about. However, the quality of teaching cannot be denied.

coz in term of quality, i believe every 'reputable' college hd their good n lousy lecturer....

so d main thing i look into is d environment n 'lab equipment'...

Since u got urself full scholarship den juz go ahead A-Level@ stamford loh

I was in the same situation a few months ago when Stamford offered me a full scholarship.

However, I didn't accept the offer.

It's not that it's not good. But since my parents aren't too sure about the background of the institution and the track record, they decided not to send me there.

What next after A-level?

bachelor of science....probably.....

BSc where?

depends on cash flow....hopefully she won't ended up at UTAR...

but i think by d time she graduate frm A-level, i will be graduate frm my degree at monash...

so if i'm capable of supporting her n plus some loan frm ptptn, i'll try to enrol her for monash or taylor...(but taylor currently is still under twinning program)

what specialisation in BSc?

ever thought of why stamford is giving out scholarships so easily? because nobody goes there. ever thought of why nobody goes there? hehehe something MUST be wrong somewhere... xD
