location wise is very nice.

got connection from this residence to kl gateway mall.

non bumi units PKNS open because cannot sell.

only problem is the residence there not matured enough otherwise I would buy. got graffiti, ppr style garbage thrown here and there and scratches on the surface of lift display on some floors.

PPR folks staying there before got units for free.
