By the way, you are right that most important is the developer's willingness to rectify the defects But on the other hand, I feel surprise why one can sell their projects at premium price, but yet their projects still having similar defects like others. Then what is the value of premium price paid? Value appreciation because of strategic location? Better landscape? Better workmanship and quality? Anyway, I think it is still a fair selling-buying process as no one is being forced to make such transaction. But I'm just thinking what is the rational of premium price set by the developer

Is that a norm for developer to initiate survey to collect feedback from residents on their deliverable? Not sure whether EM willing and committed to conduct such feedback survey for improvement purpose?
Maybe EM community can initiate one survey if EM is "too occupied" to do this. From here, we can know how residents think about the "premium" price paid for "premium" product.
Doable?
