You mean the Swan Lake & the show village? It's open to public and no appointment is required. Same goes to sales gallery. You can register your interest at their website to receive notices for their events. Can check from their FB too.

Stoneridge is soft launched today with S&P signing as well. Response seems not bad though only a rather small pockets of units open for sale...
