I tested if I visit the Vault as soon as possible instead of wait until lvl 80+ it will be normal. Same as Mechanist Lair.

once got something like this, uninstall mods and reload liao, take note which mods have notes about bug and glitches

run to another place on the map then go back see textures get emptied and reloaded to RAM anot
