Dear All,

Recently after some updates on my Windows 10 (push by MS), I noticed that there will have a windows popup on my screen just for a split seconds and then it closed by itself.

Since it happened too fast, I can't really tell what it was, but it just happened again when I was typing this message 

I have scanned all my HDD and kept all virus scanner on high alert for almost one whole day, but can't find any problem.

This is really disturbing, because that popup windows will cause some of my windows to restore to its original position (when they are in maximized mode). And keeping all virus scanner running with highly security settings also affecting my work. Because virus scanners and internet securities are very intrusive when you are developing software.

This machine has NO pirated software and never visit any *       * sites
